Hey, I’m Mona
I’m a photographer, multi-passionate creative and therapist-in-training based in St. Petersburg, Florida.
I have over 15 years of photography experience with weddings, portraits, families, lifestyle, branding, events, and theater.
My light shines beyond photography as a masterful experience creator and space-holder.
With my background in yoga, meditation, mental health, women’s circles, and retreats, our session together is more than just a photoshoot—
it’s ceremony of stepping into your light.
You will be met with compassion and empathy as your wild self emerges.
Working with me is grounding and safe with silly laughter!
What to Expect
It’s a photoshoot, but so much more. We begin with a ceremony of connecting to earth and spirit, breath and body.
We co-create a mindful and intentional experience to feel your most radiant so that energy is infused into the final photos.
Preparation
We will begin with an hour long Vision Session over the phone or video. I ask you questions to understand who you are now and who you’re becoming. Together we co-create the plan and vision for your photo-ceremony. Come prepared with inspiration, photos, or boards.
This is a collaborative process and a chance for us to ask each other questions.
If it’s a full body YES for both of us, we'll decide how much time is needed and schedule a time and location for the photo-ceremony.
During our Ceremony
We'll connect openly and authentically with each other, tuning into how you’re feeling that day, and if we need to make any adjustments.
We can include any of the following that you're comfortable with:
Grounding sensory meditation to connect breath and body.
Call in the elements and directions, connecting us with earth and spirit.
Call in ancestors and spirit guides to protect and guide us.
Pull an oracle card.
Throughout the session, we will check in with your breath and body so you continue to feel grounded, safe, vibrant, and authentically you.
Photo Delivery
I will choose and edit the best photos and you will receive your edited photos within three weeks.

FAQ
Q: How many outfit changes can I have?
A: As many as you want!
Q: What happens if it’s raining on the day of our photoshoot?
A: We’ll reschedule for the next available date/time.
Q: How many photos will I receive?
A: It varies depending on the complexity of the shoot and the amount of time we’ve allotted. I will pick and edit the best photos, typically around 30-50.
Q: How does payment work?
After our Vision Casting Session, you’ll put down a deposit of 50% to reserve the time of our Photo Ceremony. The remaining 50% is due on the day of our Photo Ceremony.
