Yin Yoga + Reiki
Allow yourself to melt into the space of receiving. We will lead you through a yin yoga practice infused with Reiki to create space for healing in the physical body, energetic body, mind, and soul.
In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for several minutes to allow the muscles to relax for opening in the joints, ligaments, and energetic body. Reiki is a form of hands on healing where energies from the universe are pulled up through the body and transmitted down through the hands of the Reiki Master and placed into the body of the recipient.
